Trakroom World Terms & Community Rules

Who can use Trakroom World (18+), how to behave there, blocking and reporting, and how the rules are enforced.

Effective date: Oct 9, 2026Last updated October 9, 2026

Trakroom World ("World") is the 3D space inside Trakroom where every store is a studio you can walk into, hear beats, meet other producers and artists, talk, and record together. World is operated by Trackdock LTD as part of Trakroom.

These World Terms & Community Rules apply whenever you use World. They add to Trakroom's Terms and Privacy Policy, which still apply. If something here conflicts with those documents, this document applies to your use of World.

1. Who can use World

  • World is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to enter.
  • The first time you enter, we ask for your date of birth. We only keep the outcome (whether you can enter), when you answered and which version of these rules you agreed to. We do not keep your date of birth.
  • If you are under 18, you cannot enter World. Your Trakroom account keeps working for everything else.
  • If we have reason to believe a World user is under 18, we will close their World access and delete the World data we hold about them.
  • World is in early access. We may limit who can enter, and we may pause or change it at any time.

2. Your identity

  • You sign in with your Trakroom account. Other players see your account name or artist name.
  • Do not pretend to be another person, producer, artist, brand or Trakroom staff.
  • You are responsible for everything done from your account. Do not share your sign-in.

3. Community rules

When you are in World, in text chat, in voice or in a session:

  1. Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, stalking or discrimination.
  2. No sexual content. No sexual comments, requests or content directed at other players.
  3. Keep personal details private. Do not share or ask for phone numbers, home addresses, passwords, ID documents or bank details, yours or anyone else's.
  4. No scams or spam. Never ask other players for money, and never pay anyone outside Trakroom checkout. Do not advertise or flood the chat.
  5. Respect people's voices and work. Do not record, copy or share other people's voices, takes or sessions without their permission.
  6. Only use music you have the rights to. Play, upload, record and export only what you own or are licensed to use.
  7. No illegal activity, and nothing that encourages self-harm or violence.
  8. Don't break the game. No cheating, exploits, bots, or attempts to disrupt the servers or other players.

4. Voice chat, sessions and recordings

  • Voice chat in World travels directly between players' devices. Trakroom does not record voice chat.
  • Recording-booth takes are made and processed on your own device. They are shared with the other people in a session only while you are in that session, and leave your device only when you save, share or export them.
  • The host of a studio session, and the owner of the store it belongs to, can remove people from that session. Bouncers in World are a game feature that hosts and store owners use to manage their own sessions and rooms.
  • Session hosts and store owners must use these tools fairly, and never to harass anyone.

5. Music, beats and purchases

  • Beats and products you hear or see in World belong to the producers who sell them. Hearing a beat in World does not give you any right to use it.
  • Purchases made from World go through Trakroom checkout, under the licence offered by that store. Trakroom's Terms and the store's licence apply to every purchase.

6. Drinks, bouncers and other game features

Drinks, club scenes, entourage characters, vehicles and other items in World are part of the game. Nothing real is sold, served or delivered through them, and they have no cash value.

7. Blocking and reporting

  • You can block any player from their card. You will no longer see their chat or hear their voice, and they cannot send you invites or requests. They are not told.
  • You can report any player from their card. A report includes the reason you choose, anything you write, and the recent chat your game showed in the room, so our team can understand what happened. The player is not told who reported them.
  • Our team reviews reports. Please report only real problems: false or abusive reports are themselves a breach of these rules.

8. Enforcement

If you break these rules, we may, depending on how serious it is:

  • remove you from a session or room;
  • remove your access to World, for a period of time or permanently;
  • suspend or close your Trakroom account, under Trakroom's Terms;
  • report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

If you think a decision about your World access was wrong, contact us and we will review it.

9. Privacy in World

To run World we process: your account and display name, your character's look and position, the room and session you are in, and the text chat you send (relayed to the people in the room, and not stored by Trakroom except as context inside a report). We also keep your World settings, your block list, reports you make or that are made about you, and the outcome of your age check. Voice chat is not recorded or stored by Trakroom. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and your rights.

10. Changes

We may update these World Terms & Community Rules. When we make a significant change, World will ask you to agree to the new version the next time you enter.
