Purchasing a Product normally gives you a License rather than ownership of the underlying copyright.

Copyright ownership transfers only where a written agreement expressly provides for an assignment or transfer.

Beat License;
Product-Specific License;
Software EULA;
Licenses & Usage Rights page; or
Other written agreement.

3. Third-Party and Collaborator Rights

Some Products may contain contributions from:

Co-producers;
Musicians;
Vocalists;
Sound designers;
Software developers;
Sample providers; or
Other rights holders.

Where applicable, the rights and obligations associated with such material may be reflected in the Product-Specific License.

4. Customer Obligations

Customers must not:

Infringe copyright;
Falsely claim ownership of another person's work;
Redistribute source Products without authorization;
Circumvent license restrictions;
Remove ownership notices for deceptive purposes; or
Use Products outside the applicable License.

5. Reporting Suspected Infringement

If you believe material offered through Jebjosh infringes intellectual-property rights that you own or are authorized to enforce, contact:

Please provide:

Your full name;
Contact information;
Identification of the protected work;
Identification of the material you believe infringes that work;
A description of your rights;
The location of the material on the Store;
A good-faith explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized; and
Any relevant supporting documents.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint.

6. Good-Faith Review

We will review credible intellectual-property complaints in good faith.

Where appropriate, we may:

Request additional information;
Temporarily restrict access;
Correct Product information;
Contact relevant rights holders;
Remove material;
Refer the matter to Trackdock Limited; or
Take another reasonable action.

7. False Claims

You should not knowingly submit a false or misleading infringement notice.

A person making an intellectual-property complaint is responsible for ensuring that they have a reasonable basis for the claim.

8. Platform Copyright Procedures

The Store runs on Trakroom, operated by Trackdock Limited.

Where a complaint concerns material hosted or technically managed through the Platform, additional copyright or intellectual-property procedures maintained by Trackdock Limited may also apply.

9. No Transfer of Platform Intellectual Property

Nothing in a purchase from Jebjosh transfers rights in the Trakroom Platform itself.

Platform software, interfaces, trademarks, and Platform-owned technology remain the property of Trackdock Limited or its licensors.
