Check your payment limits

Remember to check the transaction and payment limits on the payment provider connected to your Trakroom store.

Some payment providers place default limits on new accounts. For example, Bachs accounts may initially have a transaction limit of around $500. If you’re selling exclusive licenses, higher-priced products, or a customer is purchasing several beats at once, they could run into this limit during checkout.

We recommend checking your payment provider dashboard and reviewing your recent Trakroom orders for any failed or incomplete payments. If your current limit may be too low for the types of sales you receive, reach out to your payment provider and request a higher transaction limit.

It’s better to get your limits reviewed ahead of time so you don’t miss out on a large sale because a customer couldn’t complete their payment.

This is especially important if you sell exclusive beats or higher-value products.
