Digital Delivery Policy

This Digital Delivery Policy explains how digital products purchased from xalamblixx, trading as xalamblixx, through https://xalamblixx.trakroom.com or https://trakroom.com/xalamblixx are delivered.

1. Digital-Only Store Products

Unless a Product or service listing expressly states otherwise, Products purchased through this Store are delivered electronically.

xalamblixx does not ship physical copies of beats, kits, samples, presets, plugins, licenses, or other Digital Products purchased through this Store.

Digitally delivered products may include:

• Instrumentals;
• MP3 files;
• WAV files;
• Stems and trackouts;
• Sample packs;
• Sound kits;
• Music kits;
• Drum kits;
• Loops;
• One-shots;
• Presets;
• MIDI files;
• Software plugins;
• Software installers;
• Digital licenses;
• License documents; and
• Other downloadable digital products.

3. Delivery Methods

Depending on the Product, delivery may occur through:

• A customer account;
• Email;
• Software activation;
• A license entitlement; or
• Another digital method stated on the Product page.

4. Delivery Time

Many Digital Products are delivered automatically after successful payment confirmation. Where automatic delivery is available, access is generally provided shortly after the Payment Processor confirms that the payment was successful.

Some Orders may require additional processing because of:

• Payment verification;
• Fraud review;
• Technical problems;
• Customization;
• Manual license preparation; or

5. Beats and Audio Products

After successful payment, beat purchases may include access to files corresponding to the License purchased, such as:

The files supplied depend on the License or Product purchased.

6. Sample Packs and Music Production Products

Sample packs, sound kits, music kits, drum kits, loops, presets, and MIDI products are normally supplied through electronic download. The Product page should identify the material included in the purchase.

7. Software Plugins

Software Products may be delivered using:

• A downloadable installer;
• A customer account;
• A license file;
• An activation key;
• An online activation method; or
• Another licensing mechanism.

You should review system and compatibility requirements before purchasing a Software Product.

8. License Documents

Where a Product includes a License, the License may be:

• Displayed at checkout;
• Included in your customer account;
• Delivered by email;
• Generated as a digital document; or
• Otherwise made available with the Product.

You should retain a copy of your License for your records.

9. Failed Delivery

If payment has been successfully completed but you do not receive your Product, contact xblixx30@gmail.com.

Please provide, where available:

• Your name;
• Email address used for the Order;
• Order number;
• Transaction reference;
• Product purchased; and
• A description of the delivery problem.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

• Confirm the transaction;
• Restore access;
• Reissue the download;
• Provide the correct files;
• Restore activation; or
• Otherwise fulfill the Order.

10. Expired Download Links

Download links may expire or have reasonable download limits for security purposes. If a legitimate download link has expired, contact xblixx30@gmail.com.

Where we can reasonably verify the Order and your continuing right to access the Product, we may reissue access.

11. Incorrect or Defective Files

If you receive an incorrect, corrupted, incomplete, or materially defective Digital Product, contact us. We may first attempt to provide:

• The correct files;
• Replacement files;
• A corrected download;
• Troubleshooting;
• An updated installer; or
• Another appropriate remedy.

Where we cannot reasonably resolve the issue, the Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.

12. Immediate Digital Delivery and Cancellation Rights

Digital Products may be supplied immediately after payment. Where applicable law requires us to obtain your express agreement before beginning immediate digital supply, we may ask you to confirm that you request immediate delivery and acknowledge any effect this may have on your statutory cancellation rights.

Nothing in this policy removes a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. No Physical Shipping

No shipping fee, courier service, postal delivery, or physical delivery applies to Digital Products unless a Product listing expressly states otherwise.
